Your consultation is the first opportunity to explore our library of dresses and communicate your vision with the design team. Eden welcomes any imagery, inspiration and details of the wedding that may inform your design. After welcoming you to the atelier, Eden will listen carefully to your ideas before beginning with try-ons and sketching. The team may also take your measurements for Couture projects at this stage, and make a note of any Made-to-Order gowns of interest.

Unable to visit one of our ateliers in person? No problem! We can arrange for you to view our collections through a virtual consultation. Please enquire via our contact page here to discuss how we can begin your bridal process remotely.

To ensure we can provide the best experience for all of our clients, please arrive on time for your consultation. Unfortunately, we may not be able to extend sessions due to our busy schedule.

We understand you may wish to document the bespoke design process. Eden and the team will take photos where requested during your appointment, and share updates with you throughout the design process. To protect confidentiality of our artistic process, we kindly ask that you forgo sharing any content on social media until the unveiling of your final design.

Eden and the team are always delighted to see any imagery and inspiration at your first appointment. Where possible, please bring wedding shoes to your fittings, and wear underwear that is similar to the style you expect to wear on your wedding day.
